该职务为公司酒店招聘职务。

岗位职责：

1.熟悉系统软件结构和硬件的配置，能排除一般软硬件故障的方法

Familiar with the system software and hardware configuration, and able to eliminate common hardware and software failures in a hotel environment

2.定期维护保养系统，处理一般故障问题

Regular system maintenance,to resolve the problems of the general failure

3.定期对电脑进行杀毒工作Antivirus checking on the computer on a regular basis

4.定期建立电脑系统数据备份，并注明标记Computer system data backup regularly, and indicate the mark

5.观察系统主机运行情况，控制机房温度和湿度Observation system host operation, control server room temperature and humidity.

6.掌握在紧急状态下，系统的启动及停机处理方法Master in the crisis management, system re-boot and shutdown approach

7.及时处理电脑使用部门提出的各种有关问题；Timely processing of a variety of issues related to computer users

8.对酒店使用的电脑系统，包括酒店管理系统，餐饮收费系统，电话收费系统等，熟悉fidelio/micros,opera,infosys系统

Familiar with fidelio / micros, opera, infosys system of the computer system used by the hotel, including the hotel management system, food and beverage charges, telephone charges system etc.

任职资格：

1.大专以上学历，具有3年同岗位工作At least college education, with 3 years of working experience of equivalent position

2.精通计算机专业知识，具备饭店管理系统的基本知识Good computer technique knowledge.basic knowledge of computer-savvy expertise with the hotel management system

3.有一定英语能力Able to communicate and read english

4.能独立解决日常电脑系统出现的各种问题Able to solve the problems of the computer systems on a day-to-day basis

5.能进行设备的日常维护，对工作认真负责，保证电脑系统的正常运行

Able to carry out the day-to-day maintenance of the equipment, serious and responsible to work, ensure the normal operation of the computer system.
