该职务为公司酒店招聘职务
岗位职责:
1. Develop, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the hotel. 制定,实施和促进酒店每年市场计划。
2. Work closely with the hotel’s sales team to develop strategic plans and promotions to attain sales and set revenue goals.与酒店销售团队紧密合作制定营销策略和优惠政策以达到销售目标和利润指标。
3. Maintain good relations with guests and customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations management (CRM) programmes.通过组织和发展明确的宾客关系管理项目维持与顾客的良好关系。

9. 任职资格:
1. Manage and lead a team of diverse personalities within the department and enlist cooperation of other departments within the hotel. 管理和领导部门具有多种个性的团队和争取在酒店内与其他部门的合作。

6. Fluency in Mandarin and English (CET6), both written and verbal is required. Other language skill is an advantage.流利的普通话和英文(至少通过CET6),口头和书写都要求,若有其他语言能力者优先。
