该职务为公司酒店招聘职务

岗位职责:

1. Reports to the General Manager of the hotel将工作情况汇报给总经理。

2. Manages the guest experience in the hotel’s F&B outlets, Mahjong center and Tea House by ensuring the following is provided管理酒店餐饮区,麻将中心和茶楼客户体验,需确保以下

3. Thoughtful and attentive service with relaxed efficiency周到体贴的服务。

4. The qualities of services standards are upheld应保持一定质量的服务标准。

5. Ensures that comprehensive guest service, product knowledge, skills and sales training takes place daily for all service staffs确保所有服务人员每天全面的客户服务,产品知识,技能和销售培训。

6. Prepare the annual Food & Beverage, Mahjong and Tea House budget准备年度餐饮,麻将和茶楼预算。

7. Maintain high level of cleanliness through the whole F&B outlet, Mahjong center and Tea House维护餐饮区,麻将中心和茶楼高度清洁。

8. Prepare the monthly rolling,three month forecast and Food & Beverage forecast by the 25th of each month准备每月利润报表,季度预测报表,餐饮预测报表在每月25日前提交。

9. Prepare the quarterly rolling F&B activities happen as planned such as menu changes, training, up selling, promotions and etc准备季度餐饮活动计划预算,比如菜单跟换,培训,升级销售,促销和其它。

10. Ensure good co-operation between kitchen and service associates确保厨房和服务员很好的合作。

11. Co-ordinate and communicate with the cost control/purchasing office to establish and maintain inventories at minimum levels without jeopardising the availability of menu and beverage items协调和沟通成本控制/采购办公室建立并保持在最低水平,库存没有危害的可用性菜单和饮料。

12. Identity departmental training needs, compile material and work closely with the Training Manager to ensure training programmes are drawn up and timetables Compile with明确部门的培训需求,编制材料和培训经历紧密合作,以确保培训计划的制定和按时执行。

13. Ensures that par stocks of operating equipment are constantly available确保运营使用物品有稳定的存货。

14. Ensures that breakages of operating equipment are minimize and preventive training be conducted to staff确保运营使用物品最大限度地减少破损和给予员工设备维护培训。

15. Personally attends to guest complaints when necessary and ensures that all guest comments are acknowledged在需要时亲自处理顾客投诉,确保所有顾客意见都被处理。

16. To ensure proper use of safe tools and equipment at all times确保正确使用安全工具和设备。

17. Performs other responsibilities as and when assigned执行其他安排的职责。

任职资格

1. Manage and lead a team of diverse personalities within the department and enlist cooperation of other departments within the hotel管理和领导一个在部门内的不同个性员工的团队和争取与其他部门的合作。

2. A people motivator who is able to work with all levels to ensure work / tasks are accomplished in a timely manner是个激励者,能够与各级工作,以确保工作/任务的及时完成。

3. Strong analytical and financial skills and strategic business acumen are a must极好的分析和财务能力,必须具备商业战略智慧。

4. A minimum of five years experience in F&B operations within China in an international chain hotel至少在中国国际品牌酒店5年餐饮运营经验。

5. Hotel pre-opening experiences is a plus最好能有酒店开业经验。

6. Possess an outgoing personality and a positive hands on attitude, you must demonstrate a strong understanding of consumer behaviour拥有一个性格开朗和积极的态度,必须非常了解消费者的行为。

7. Fluency in Mandarin and English (CET6), both written and verbal is required. Other language skill is an advantage流利的中英文表达(CET6),同时要求书写和口头语言能力,其它语言是个优势。
