该职务为公司酒店招聘职务
岗位职责
1.Reports to the General Manager on the daily operations of the housekeeping Department跟总经理汇报客房部每日运营情况
2.Performs daily check in guest rooms, corridor and stairways每日例行检查客房,过道和楼梯
3.Performs checks in all maid pantry, trolleys & restroom例行检查所有布草间,推车和卫生间
4.Able to set and enforce strict house rules for housekeeping staffs to follow能制定和执行严格的规定让客房部员工服从
5.Trains and supervises room attendant to ensure cleanliness standards and productivity are met培训和监督客房服务员确保清洁标准和效率达到要求
6.Issues daily instructions and assignment to Room Attn, PA Attn. & Supervisors安排每日指示和分配任务给客房服务员,公共区域服务员及主管
7.Plans all major work and special assignment for supervisor to follow e.g. Preventive Maintenance, Pest Control, Spring-cleaning etc.计划的所有主要工作和特殊任务主管跟进,如预防性维护,病虫害防治,大扫除等
8.Keep records and follow up actions on assignment 任务分配的执行需记录并跟进
9.Ensures all VIP rooms are clean and check on time for arrival确保所有贵宾房是干净,并且在客人入住前检查
10.Check work progress to ensure that proper methods of cleaning and maintenance are being carried out effectively检查工作程序确保正确的清洁方式和保持有效执行
11.Meets all special requests from guests and inter-department promptly and efficiently有效地满足所有特殊要求,客人和跨部门
12.Conduct yearly performance appraisals and goals setting for staffs进行年度绩效考核和目标,为员工??设置
13.Handle all staff activities in the department e.g. misconduct, disciplinary action, counselling sessions etc. 处理所有员工的活动的部门,例如不当行为,纪律处分,辅导课程等
14.Prepares inventories e.g. linen, guest supplies, operating equipment etc.准备库存,比如布草,客房用品,运营使用设备等
15.Ensure all staff are adequately trained in keep all equipments and base stocks in proper condition, avoiding damages.确保所有员工都有适当的培训,使得所有设备和基本库存处于正常状态,避免损坏
16.Able to keep cost in check for all linens, room amenities, cleaning chemicals etc.能一直查看所有布草,客房低耗品,清洁药水成本
17.To ensure proper use of safety tools & equipments at all times随时确保正确使用安全工具和设备
18.Responsible for the general housekeeping for cleanliness and at the relevant respective department / section safety operational processes of which the supervisors are in-charge of the department / section负责清洁的一般管理和相关各部门/条安全操作流程,其中的上司主管的部门/条
19.Performs other responsibilities as and when assigned执行其他安排的职责
任职资格
1.Ensure the department / sessions are coordinated to the best of his / her ability on knowledge, skills, administration etc确保部门/会议协调,以最好的他/她的能力,知识,技能,管理等
2.Ensure minimum complaints in the operations确保尽可能少的投诉
3.Perform good leadership and managerial skills能展现很好的领导力和管理技能
4.Knowledge of all section is an added advantage i.e. rooms, public area, laundry, linen etc知识的所有部分,是一个额外的好处,即客房,公共区域,洗衣,亚麻等
5.Minimum three years supervisory experience in a 5 star Hotel至少三年的5星级酒店管理经验
6.Create co-operation and communicate with other departments与其它部门制造合作和沟通
7.Good interpersonal skills良好的人际沟通技巧
8.Good knowledge of all usage of chemicals and equipments很好的使用清洁药品和设备的知识
9.Achievement and maintenance of quality standards能达到和维护质量标准
10.Able to work under pressure能在一定压力下工作
