Main Responsibilities
1. Achieving and exceeding sales targets with the high quality deals (high profit margin and big products volume) in highly Commitment and Creditability;
2. Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits;
3. Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets;
4. Gathering market and customer information; gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
5. Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing and changes etc;
6. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with customers;
7. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations; Managing payment terms and receivables;
8. Keeps records and reports on all activities to the manager;
9. Reviewing own sales performance;
10. Feeding future buying trends back to manager.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related subjects.
2. At least 6 years of sales experience in mechanical products. Knowledge and experience in pneumatic products is preferred. A minimum of 2 years experience in an International company
3. Experience in handling OEM sales is preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal communication skills and business negotiation ability. Proactive, self-motivated, be able to work under pressure.
5. Able to read and write simple English, good oral English is preferred.
6. Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.
7. A willingness to travel regularly within designated territories to see customers
