任职要求：

1、三年以上工艺设计工作经验，两年以上同等职位工作经验；

2、熟悉LED照明产品的生产过程检验标准和成品检验标准；

3、能够分析、解决常见制程中的各种异常情况；

4、熟悉LED照明的基本知识；

5、熟悉照明产品制程，熟悉设备工艺参数，具有工艺管控，制程控制方面的经验，具有相应的专业知识；

6、有较强的工作责任感、执行能力、沟通协调能力，有较好的心理素质，能承受较大的工作压力。

工作职责：

1、指导设计人员从工艺的角度改进产品的设计；

2、协助公司新产品的导入，新辅料的选型、验证和引进；

3、负责钢网治具的设计制作及验收；

4、制定相关工艺标准文件，根据公司产品拟制《生产工序流程图》、《工序作业指导书》；

5、不定期对产线的工艺文件进行检查，检查工艺文件的适用性，是否符合实际生产要求，是否能正确指导生产作业，收集信息，及时组织开会讨论，及时修订文件，上报领导审批、受控后及时发行；

6、监督工艺文件的落实、工艺制度及标准的执行，对产品制程进行工艺管控。
