General description:
This position is a regional office based (or home office) sales and market representative, his/her responsibility is to generate leads opportunities for Brady MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operation) products and solutions in the region, follow up projects and potential customers to promote Brady products. Support and manage regional distributors to follow up projects and specify Brady products. Identify distributor candidates, evaluate and qualify distributors, support distributors' business growth and achieve sales target.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve assigned personal target
2. Assist to achieve the whole China Team target
3. Develop and enhance MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Operation) business in assigned territory
4. Develop and manage distributors in assigned territory
5. Communicate and share with the team the market information, new production information and new application information, try to find new business opportunity for MRO products
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in any disciplines
2. Fair spoken & written English
3. Minimum 3 year's sales experience in mechanical, electrical or safety products in MRO industrial fields
4. Channel development experience would be preferred
5. Self-discipline, work independently
6. Outdoor work is required
