This position will be responsible for:

• Manager and execute the merchant acquiring strategy, to increase personal consumption expenditure penetration, merchant volume, market share, data processing revenues and create acquirer, merchant and consumer preference
• Development of new initiatives/solutions, implementation of marketing/usage initiatives targeting traditional and new merchant segments, both in physical world and virtual world, with a specific focus on the execution of the government payment strategy
• Ensure a sound and healthy working relationship with key merchants and lead Sales colleagues in account management of the top acquirers
• Direct in-market acquiring resources to assure that all goals are supported in a cost effective, timely manner, with a resulting high level of client satisfaction
• Successfully translate broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans, aligning efforts of the merchant acquiring and Interchange organizations with other key stakeholders
• Provide support to local Clients/country and to internal stakeholder organizations including Sales, Product, Corporate Relations, Risk, CSS and Legal
• Establish and foster relationships with Clients and internal stakeholders at all levels of staff and senior management

Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of industry experiences and strong network in payment, network, banking, technologies and mobile payment industries
• Strong relationship building skills with proven ability to influence without authority across peers, superiors & external stakeholders to drive projects with little direction
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Can drive for results in ambiguity with the ability to achieve outcomes with little guidance
• Strong will to win and high level of integrity required for handling confidential information
• Bachelors/Undergraduate Degree is required
