Qualifications:

-Any Bachelor's degree (computer related course is prefer)
-Working knowledge in Windows environment
-Must have communication skills (oral and written in English)
-Knowledge in email communication through Lotus Notes
-Familiarity with Social Media environment (Facebook and LinkedIn)
-Has Information Technology sense and computer literate
-Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Office
-Good in problem analysis and proactive
-Can follow set of procedures, manuals and guidelines
-Willing to work on a 24X7 rotating shift schedule (including holidays)
-Basic knowledge in network theories with troubleshooting skills is prefer


Responsibilities:

-Monitoring and troubleshooting of system availability and network connections
-Monitoring and troubleshooting of file,mail servers, websites, IVR (Integrated Voice Response)
-Timely generation and sending of outage and availability reports in accordance to Service Level Agreement -(SLA)
-Coordinate with US IBM Helpdesk & Verizon for problem escalation and reference ticket generation
-Analyzes tracks and monitors all escalated issues. Regularly checks for new issues/incidents raised by key business users
-Escalate problems encountered to next level of support as directed by process
