岗位职责：

1、分析调查适合的联盟网站，并负责公司自身电子商务网站和这类网站进行联盟合作的相关沟通洽谈，并达成CPS的合作；

2、负责跟进联盟网站的产品内容和各种市场活动，定期统计数据，分析数据，制定产品优化方案；

3、竞争对手的同类产品进行挖掘和分析，及时调整广告及推广策略；

4、跟进合作所需的技术，市场，结算等相关工作事宜；

5、其他上级交代的临时任务。

就职资格：

1、工作2年或以上，有1年以上的互联网联盟推广经验，熟悉互联网的行业模式和操作手法，熟悉网盟推广的运作流程和模式，大专及以上学历；

2、有良好的市场调研，分析，判断，谈判能力，能够拟定市场拓展的顺序和规划，并有步骤的开展相关的市场拓展工作；

3、熟练使用办公软件，精通PPT，Excel，有较强的文案能力；

4、需要有较强的亲和力。在工作上，执行能力强，有强烈的敬业精神，能够承担一定的工作压力。

5、工作细致，有较高的商务谈判技巧，较强的成本控制能力，熟悉旅游网站联盟拓展者优先！
