职位：行政运营专员

职位职责：

1.负责办公室日常行政管理及内部人事、保证日常工作的正常运行；预约面试；

2.负责培训项目的运营（有相应的项目提成）：此职位的职责是保证每个项目的顺利运营，包括注册新的客户信息，联系国内外客户，会场的安排设置及一些后勤工作。同时需要联系酒店，同声传译公司，打印公司等供应商，所以还需具备一定的商务谈判技能。

NOTE：不限财会专业，但希望能乐于从事一些相对简单的如票据整理和账本核对、开发票等基础工作。

任职资格：
1.流利的英文口语及读写能力；

2.熟练的办公软件操作能力；

3.较好的主观能动性，有责任心；
4.能够适应出差；

5.有相关行业背景的将优先录取。
