Job Responsibilities:
-Organize regular Value Stream System CIP workshop(2/Year) for responsible VS
-Follow up derived system CIP projects by organize regular meeting
-Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Point-CIP, to speed up problem solving and target condition attainment/Stabilization.
-Find possible improvement point and support the responsible Value Stream to do the CIP.
-Be part time trainer on Lean related topics.
-Promote standard BPS tools from central department.
-Support on BPS assessment,conduct regular self-assessment to know the situation.

Qualification requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering,Industrial Engineering etc.
-At least 3 years experience in Lean Production,IE,Continuous improvement etc.
-Moderator skill and lean production know-how
-Good communication and team work skill
-Good at English
