职位描述

? Basic knowledge in terms of client, server, database, workflow systems, network applications and common standard software (especially MS Office)
? Business English written and spoken at near native level
? Native language level in addition in one of the following languages: Mandarin, English
? High degree of customer orientation
? High ability to work under pressure
? Methods to overcome difficult everyday business situations
? Communication competence for media in use (e.g. telephone, mailing...)
? Accpet work shift, willing to provide 24*7 services to customers


Tasks:
You will provide IT-related technical support to Bosch associates across a number of communication channels - mainly by phone and e-mail.
You will be part of a Bosch internal network, which is able to solve the majority of all IT-related incidents in more than 150 product categories.
You will work in the SPoC (Single Point of Contact)/User Helpdesk of Robert Bosch Asia Pacific and solve the majority of incidents regarding MS Office or other standard software while you document and forward the majority of all other incidents to Robert Bosch internal solution groups around the world.
