职责描述

1. Formulate Order & Logistic strategy and plan

2. Design & improve Logistic work flow and process

3. Optimize Order & forecast performance

4. Optimize logistics cost such as transportation, storage …etc.

5. Optimize inventory structure to reduce Aged inventory

6. New S&OP setting & implementation.

7. Coordinate with CAT logistics and cross dept. cooperation

任职资格

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, purchasing, supply chain management is preferred;

2. More than 8 years working experience in procurement and logistics, more than 5 years -experience in team management or project management;

3. Proficient in English, fluent oral English is preferred;

4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, logical thinking and comprehensive analysis skills.
