Job Description:
JAVRA is seeking a HIGHLY motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a long term commitment to an excellent career in IT industry.


As a marketing manager you will be responsible for overall marketing planning, implementation, forecasting market activities, and budgeting for promotional activities. This position is both creative and analytical in nature.


Role and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):


- Create, develop and implement marketing strategy/plans and their effective execution and measurement, manage

and campaign schedules.
- Provide expert advices on marketing direction to relative stakeholders (CEO, COO, CTO, etc.).
- Execute brand and marketing plans and strategy to increase awareness, contribute towards development of

marketing material including media content, PPT, documents, brochures etc.
- Forecast market promotion and branding strategy's long term impact and analyze market scenario.
- Preparing and issuing company newsletter, press releases and direct mailings.
- Regular update and maintain company profile and websites.
- Represent the company and its activities, objective in media during events, exhibitions, conferences etc
- Up to date and keep check on activities and events of similar kind in local as well as international Scenario.
- Improve company brand by using up-to-date SNS tools and SEO tools in western countries as well as in China.


Requirements and Qualifications:
- Graduate / MBA preferred (Marketing or related)
- Certificate / Diploma in Marketing or Marketing Communications.
- Campaign management or other marketing automation or CRM application.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies is desirable.


You have the following experience and profile:
You are:
- Ability to arrange information for good presentations and ease of reading.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, positive approach, result oriented and good team player
- Can-do attitude and approach, i.e. self reliance and a proven ability to work with virtual/international

teams.
- Strong creative and campaign management skills
- Native English speaker or bilingual
- Willing to travel frequently to European countries and North America
- Know well about Chinese culture
- Currently living in Chengdu or willing to be there


You have knowledge and experience with:
- Committed and professional work ethic with analytical and general business skills
- Expert in MS Office applications, in particular Word and PowerPoint
- Creative skills and experience with graphic design software to compliment company documents
- Awareness of existence of the company and product in international as well as local market scenario
- Experience in analyzing market scenario and marketing discipline.


Background in any of the following is a bonus:


- Proven expertise in Marketing, the Customer and Analytics is a big plus.
- Familiarity with online marketing.
- Professional skills on SEO.
