As a Magento developer, you are expected to be creative and innovative in your approach towards your tasks in Magento framework. You will be working in various internal and external projects with different level of complexities and challenges.

Key Job Tasks of Magento Developer
？ Good Knowledge of PHP4 / PHP5 is must with sound knowledge of Magento framework.

Qualification and Requirements
1) Degrees in Computer science, IT, software engineering, web development, programming or other subjects.
2) Certification in PHP web development and software programming.
3) Good command of English.

Responsibilities and Duties
。A solid understanding of Magento framework and some deep experience programming with Magento.
。Enhance and support current set of core Magento extensions.
。Actively participate in development of new applications, customizations and solutions.
。Work independently or as part of a team and make a positive impact.
。Take ownership of technical solutions from concept to final delivery.
。Experience working with Ecommerce solutions.
。Writing detailed well managed proposals and technical specs.
。Great understanding and experience with Subversion, and best practices for version control.
。Ability to manage multiple ecommerce sites at once, and properly use a single installation of Magento

Enterprise for multiple ecommerce sites.
。A great understanding and experience with front end technologies like HTML and CSS.
。Experience with JavaScript and AJAX Comfortable with object oriented programming methodologies.
。Strong knowledge of stored procedures, triggers, indexes, table normalization and database design.
。Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices.
。Familiarity with the MVC for PHP a plus.
。Familiarity with the LAMP/WAMP environment.
。Knowledge of best practices for cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility.
。Strong debugging skills and the ability to easily and quickly read and modify code.
。Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization and final execution of projects.
。Managing Project scope and change requests (CR).
