Responsibilities:
1.Lead PUR dep. CIP
2.Issue PUR report regularly
3.Monitor and audit PUR process implement
4.Process optimize
5.Maintain material master and Vendor master
6.Implement PUR IT tools (SAP/SRM/MCR )
7.Coordination of business planning, current forecast, actual for purchasing. incl. validation and deviation analysis.
8.Cooperate with international team to implement central decision
9.Files management, procurement team assistance job, other jobs supervisor/manager assigned
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, major in mechanics/business/logistic or related;
2.Good English speaking, reading, writing and listening;
3.Good skill in MS-office software;
4.More than 3years purchasing experience or related ;
5.Be familiar with ERP system (SAP is preferred);
6.Supply chain mindset;
7.Team player with strong respect to teamwork;
8.Customer oriented with good communication& coordination ability skills;
9.Multi-tasking handler;
10.Project experience is preferred;
