职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Prepare and manage and coordinate projects. Control or commands distribute the responsibility of projects and schedule machines designing and modification.
2.Manage analyses for quality accidents, and improve designing of product and quality. Auditing drawings and relative documents.
3 Oversee the cost of projects which are contained new development, new transfer and customer project, and control the cost.
4.Coopertate with PUR and END to enhance the localization in project.
5.Coordinate with other departments or other partner to run project, improve the efficiency and quality.
6.Communicate with the customers on packaging technology, and explain or resolve problems on the products, and acquire their requirements on the technology and business development nowadays and in the future.
7.Coordinate FAT,machine hand over, customer visits,installation and the management of field issues.
8.Manage and evaluate key performance indicators like OTD, margin slippage, response time,A/R receiving dispency, Customer OPL(Open Point list) review, on time delivery communication with customer etc.
9. Optimize the project management process.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree; Major in mechanical or relevant. Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
2.Have project management skills, team spirit, good communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Have good experience of using CAD software and ERP, Solidwork and SAP is preferred .
4.With experience in machine design.
