Responsibilities:
? Ensure China domestic suppliers meet UK and China factory's manufacturing material requirements according to annual plan as well as monthly Planning process, with agreed costs and timelines.
? Participate in contract management work, including contract preparation and execution.
? Define and translate technical requirements from engineers and make specification to China suppliers.
? Operationally customs clearance work to ensure compliance to local laws and regulations.
? Daily purchase orders follow up and report to Cell leader.
? Stock inventory and record updating.
? Operate as a key member to the Supply Chain Team and provide support as required
Desired Skills & Experience
? Experience in logistics firm is preferred
? Must be capable of multitasking; working several complex and diverse tasks with simultaneous
? Excellent Microsoft office Esp., Excel
? General enthusiasm to take on a new challenge, drive new procedures
? Methodical in accuracy of work
