Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for shift process for main below work responsible

a.Collect & Follow-up assembly data / Yield

b.Investigate root cause of running case  and delimit impact production, provide dispose action and correct action

c.Line audit and summary to PE or direct manager

d.Process program or condition correction, optimization, edition

2.Setup BEOL machine for SWR lot or DOE lot

3.Evaluation material & tool per PE’s instruction

4.Line audit and summary to PE or direct manager

5.Support production operations for continuous improvement on quality, throughput, OEE, Cost

6.Engineering material / tool management

7.Assist PE for quality, yield, experiment of WLCSP/DDFN product

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Requires CD degree or above in Engineering with  3- 5 years of related experience in the areas of semiconductor manufacturing, Better WLCSP assembly process or equipment engineering.

• Must be well-organized, self-directed, self-starter, highly motivated, proactive problem solver with the ability to get results without owning resources and possessing direct authority. Must be willing to work with other individuals and teams to achieve corporate goals.

• Familiar and experienced with problem solving methodologies such as 8D, DOE

• Skill for office software and basic on English write/read

• Better skill on AOI, Tape & Reel or Flip Chip Bond

• Better skill on Muhebauer DS20k, Ueno Seiki handler / RT20, ASM handler / Sunbird. 

• Can bear high work stress and fast pace of working

• Can bear shift working with 12 hrs
