职责描述
1. Work as service expert, identify work opportunity between engagement and SDC delivery team continuously 作为该业务的专家，不断拓展现有审计业务团队和SDC 交付团队之间更多的合作机会
2. Sort out the process and identify the risk lies in 整理流程并识别内在风险
3. Manage and complete the business learn and transforming 主导并完成业务的学习及转移
4. Continuously improve the quality and efficiency 持续不断的改进业务的质量及效率
5. Work with service manager and capability leader to complete the process excellent achievement 同业务经理及拓展主管一起完成质量流程提升这一关键指标
6. Execute other supporting activities assigned by direct supervisor 完成主管分配的其他支持相关工作
7. Coach and develop skills of junior specialist 协助专员提升业务技能并提供相应的指导
任职要求
Essential criteria
1. Bachelor degree, major in information management, Statistics, Maths ,Computer science and software engineering (Database Systems), accounting, financial management, finance、auditing is preferred 大学本科学历，专业不限，统计学、数学、信息管理、计算机科学及软件工程（数据库方向）、会计学、财务管理、金融学、审计学优先考虑
2. 3-6 years working experience in data cleansing , visualisation and data analysis related position 3~6年审计及数据清洗、数据分析及数据可视化相关岗位工作经验
3. Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality client service 很强的分析和沟通能力，勤勉敬业，致力于向客户提供卓越服务
4. Willing to acquire cross-functional knowledge about accounting\ auditing\ data analysis related knowledge 愿意跨专业学习财务、审计、内控、数据分析等领域知识
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills， Effective interpersonal and influencing skills 优秀的中英文口语和书面表达能力，高效的沟通能力和个人沟通技巧
6. Can adapt to travel for short term or OT 能够适应短期出差及加班
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multi tasks at the same period 能独立承担相应的工作, 具备同时处理多任务的能力
8. Efficient analytical and problem solving skills; 较强的分析与解决问题的能力
9. Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity; 适应灵活的工作方式并且能自我激励
Advantage criteria
1. Knowledge and experience on any of the soft wares below is an advantage: SQL /Qlikview/ Tableau / PowerBI /Python /VBA. 有以下软件中任一软件有相关经验者优先： SQL/Qlikview/ Tableau / /PowerBI/ Python/VBA
2. Knowledge on data analysis and reporting analysis is advantage. 有数据分析以及报表分析经验的人员将优先考虑
3. Experience in process transformation\Six Sigma experience is preferred. 有流程转化或西格玛管理经验将优先考虑
4. Experience in process optimization, automation is preferred. 有流程优化和自动化相关工作经验者优先
5. Prior BPO centre experience will also be preferred. 有BPO 行业相关经验的将优先考虑
