PwC Business Services (Chengdu) Co., Ltd (SDC) is operational in Chengdu on 1 July 2012. The SDC will serve PwC China mainland and Hong Kong area.

普华永道商务服务（成都）有限公司（以下简称服务中心）于2012年7月1日在成都正式投入运营。该服务中心将为普华永道中国以及中国香港的业务提供支持服务。

工作职责：

You will be supporting the professional Transfer Pricing team and be involved in each of the following tasks:

? Understanding the client's business, preparing or updating functional analysis and benchmarking studies; Assisting to create full Transfer Pricing Documentation (Chinese);了解客户需求，准备或更新行业分析及可比性分析，协助完成整本转让定价同期资料(中文)

? Prepare tax filing returns under China Tax Law; 按照中国税法准备纳税申报材料

? Translate Transfer Pricing Documentation from Chinese into English or English to Chinese; 转移定价报告中英互译

? Comprehend IRD regulation about HK Contemporaneous TPD ; 理解香港税局关于转让定价同期资料的要求和规定

? Compile brand new English (local file and master file) report based on principle of IRD regulation; 在理解香港税法关于转让定价同期资料的前提下，撰写完整的英文转让定价报告

? Translate other documents (ie. Audit reports, publications, etc) requested from other service lines; 翻译其他业务部门的各类文件(如审计报告，各类刊物等)

? Besides above core tasks, you will be assigned other firm-wide tasks which are different from above core tasks such as audit, tax, finance, HR or administration related as cross team activities. 除上述核心工作外，需接受上级安排协助跨小组工作，做公司内部与上述工作不相关的支持工作，如审计、税务、财务、人力资源或行政部门相关工作。

技能要求：

? Bachelor degree, a major in English, Finance, Tax, Commerce and/or Business preferred 大学本科及以上学历，有英语、财务、税务或管理类专业大学本科及以上学历；

? CET 6 or TEM 8, good at writing, reading and translation大学英语六级或专业英语八级，读写译精通

? At least 1-2 years translation experience, prefer in finance and accounting industry.

有1-2年以上专业英语翻译工作经验，有财务、金融行业翻译经验的人员优先

? Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and simple English具备有效的中文和简单英文的书面及口头表达能力

? Keen learner, Self-motivated and good team work 工作热情好学、积极主动、团队合作良好

? Capable of adapting working under high pressure 能适应高压高强度工作

? Be able to work overtime according to business requirement 根据业务需要可适应加班
