工作描述和职责
我们目前将在成都及周边地区招聘优秀应届毕业生以及具有一至两年财务金融或相关行业工作经验的人士加入我们的服务中心,担任助理职务。应聘者具备财会或在业务流程外包中心工作经验的,我们将给予优先考虑。作为在服务中心工作的助理,需要充分了解并执行预定的工作流程,有效地利用规范的工作流程和管理工具完成日常的工作,并能根据要求合理清晰地完成文件的归档。
遵守普华永道商务服务中心的政策和流程。
按照服务中心的用户操作指南,有效地完成工作,提供相应的服务。
合理分配时间,按时完成工作。
与团队经理和高级助理就工作内容和要求保持定期的沟通,以确保按时完成任务,满足客户需求。
确保及时掌握和更新服务中心用户操作指南的知识。
积极主动地参加公司的培训和其它相关学习发展的机会。
作为团队成员之一,积极致力于团队合作;理解个人和团队角色的具体内容;通过建立良好团队合作精神共同创造一个积极乐观的工作环境;能积极主动地向高级助理和团队经理就工作表现寻求指导,确认和反馈。
上级或公司安排的其他工作。
岗位要求:
- 本科及以上学历(2020应届毕业生),会计、商务或企业管理专业者优先考虑。
- 具有财务或会计相关工作经验者优先考虑。
- 曾在业务流程外包中心相关企业任职者优先考虑。

Chengdu Service Delivery Centre (SDC) was operational in July 2012, it serves as an internal shared service centre and provides business support to Assurance, Tax, Advisory, Internal Firm Service for PwC China and Hong Kong region.

Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for fresh graduates as well as graduates with 1 – 2 years of experience in the financial-field to fill the roles of Assistants within the SDC team. Those with accounting or prior BPO centre background will be considered first. Assistants will be required to understand and execute the process workflow related to work requests from initiation to completion. They need to understand how workflow is managed using the SDCs workflow management tool. They also need to be able to document work performed clearly and according to instructions.
Adhere to PwC SDC policies and procedures.
Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with SDC’s User Guide instructions as applied to work requests.
Monitor time spent on assigned tasks and manage deadlines.
Liaise with Team Manager/Deputy Manager and Senior Assistants on a regular basis to understand work required. Observe delivery timetable and meet client service expectation.
Maintain working knowledge of the SDC User Guides.
Participate in training and other developmental opportunities, where possible.
Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback from Senior Assistants and Team Manager/Deputy Manager.

Requirements
Bachelor degree (Graduated in 2020), a major in Accounting, Commerce and/or Business preferred.
Experience in finance or accounting related work a plus.
Prior BPO centre experience will be preferred.
Demonstrate self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development.
Be able to work under high pressure from Jan to May
Commit to continuous training and to proactively learn new processes.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and simple English.
Good communication skills, willing to communicate with others on problem identified.
Detail oriented and careful.
Good customer service attitude.
Good team work spirit. Positive on others’ advice.
Multi-tasking will be a plus
High sense of responsibility on work assigned and good working attitude.
