PwC Business Services (Chengdu) Co., Ltd (SDC) is operational in Chengdu on 1 July 2012. The SDC will serve PwC China mainland and Hong Kong.

普华永道商务服务(成都)有限公司(以下简称服务中心)于2012年7月1日在成都正式投入运营。该服务中心将为普华永道中国以及中国香港的业务提供支持服务。


We are looking for Graduates with 3 – 5 years of experience in the financial-field to fill the roles of Senior Assistants within the SDC team. Those with accounting or prior BPO centre experience will be considered first. Senior Assistants will be required to understand and execute the process workflow related to work requests from initiation to completion. They need to understand how workflow is managed using the SDCs workflow management tool and be able to document work performed clearly and according to instructions. They will also need to be able to challenge the existing processes and develop more effective alternative solutions.

我们目前将在成都及周边地区招聘具有三至五年财务金融或相关行业工作经验的人士加入我们的服务中心,担任高级助理职务。应聘者具备财会或在业务流程外包中心工作经验的,我们将给予优先考虑。作为在服务中心工作的高级助理,需要充分了解并执行预定的工作流程,有效地利用规范的工作流程和管理工具完成日常的工作,并能根据要求合理清晰地完成文件的归档。在从事日常工作的同时,还需具备挑战现有的流程、完善和建立更为有效的流程的能力。

Job Description & Responsibilities

岗位描述&职责


1. Adhere to PwC SDC policies and procedures.

遵守普华永道商务服务中心的政策和流程。

2. Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with SDC’s User Guide instructions as applied to work requests.

按照服务中心的用户操作指南,有效地完成工作,提供相应的服务。

3. Monitor time spent on assigned tasks and manage deadlines.

合理分配时间,按时完成工作。

4. Liaise with Team Manager /Deputy Team Manager on a regular basis to understand workflow. Observe delivery timetable and meet client service expectation.

与团队主管就工作内容和要求保持定期的沟通,以确保按时完成任务,满足客户需求。

5. Maintain working knowledge of the SDC User Guides and be able to assist Assistants in resolving issues arising in their work/delivery of services.

确保及时掌握和更新服务中心用户操作指南的知识,并能够帮助助理解决在工作中遇到的问题。

6. Participate in training and other developmental opportunities, where possible.

积极主动地参加公司的培训和其它相关学习发展的机会。

7. Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback from Team Manager /Deputy Team Manager.

8. Coach Assistants.

为助理提供适时的工作指导。

9. Other work assigned by the superior or company.

Requirements:


1. Bachelor degree, a major in Accounting, Commerce and/or Business will be preferred.

本科及以上学历,会计、商务或企业管理专业者优先考虑。

2. At least 3 years of experience in doing accounting or analysis work.

至少三年会计类或者分析类工作经验。

3. Experience from a Big 4 or a local CPA firm will be preferred.

有四大或国内会计师事务所工作经验者优先考虑。

4. Prior BPO centre experience will also be preferred.

曾在业务流程外包中心相关企业任职者优先考虑。

5. Good Understanding of corporate financial statement.

对公司的财务报表有良好的理解。

6. Demonstrate self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development.

能自我激励,渴望并主动承担自身的成长和发展。

7. Commit to continuous training and to proactively learn new processes.

能坚持参加培训并主动积极地学习新的工作流程。

8. Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.

具备有效的中英文书面及口头表达能力。

9. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

熟悉微软办公软件系统的使用。

10. Detail oriented and careful.

11. Good customer service attitude.

良好的客户服务态度。

12. Good team work spirit.

13. Can organize work in a logical way.
