Chengdu Service Delivery Centre (SDC) was put into operation in 1 July 2012. It serves as an internal shared service centre provide diversified business support to Assurance, Tax, Advisory, Firm-wide Service Cooperation for PwC China and Hong Kong.

We are currently looking for individuals with strong backgrounds in Process Optimisation, Change Management and Lean.
目前我们正在寻找在流程优化,变革管理与精益方面具有一定经验的资深员工。
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assist Department Managers to establish process excellence framework and tools, and implement them in daily process management
协助部门经理搭建流程优化的框架和方法并在日常管理中落实;
- Guide and assist Line of Services (LoS) process owners to standardise process management and initiate process review; build up process evaluation system, monitor and evaluate process performance on a regular basis
指导并协助业务部门标准化流程管理,发起流程梳理;建立流程评估体系,监控并评估流程;
- Design process review plan and conduct regular review to ensure whether the process is performed as required, and provide review report with improvement suggestions
设计流程梳理计划并定期检查实际流程是否与预期要求相符合,并出具评估报告,提出改进建议;
- Collaborate with colleagues to drive Change initiatives in SDC, inclusive of reviewing, analysing and deploying process optimisation demand raised from X-LoS
与同事协作负责推进SDC的变革项目,包括对业务部门提出的流程优化需求的评估,分析和落地;
- Execute other I&D activities assigned by managers.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above
本科以上的学历
- At least 3 years or above experience in Process Management/ Optimisation or Lean Practice, and having the expertise in one of the following domains: BPO,Finance and Manufacturing;
三年以上流程管理/改善, 或精益实践经验,在BPO,财务,制造业等至少某一领域具备专业知识
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications e.g. Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, etc.
熟练掌握办公软件,如Visio,PowerPoint,Excel, Project等的使用
- Ability to identify issues using data, analyse the root causes and drive the solution deployment;
具有利用数据发现问题,分析关键原因并解决问题的能力
- Advanced report writing skills in both Chinese and English;
具备优秀的中英文报告书写能力;
- Advanced communication and coordination skills, quick learning skills and the ability of working under pressure are essential;
具备良好的沟通协调能力,快速学习能力和抗压能力
- Demonstrate self-motivation, possessing intellectual curiosity and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development;
能展示自我激励,拥有求知欲和渴望自我提升和发展;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment;
具备有效的团队合作能力
- Knowledge on VBA, SQL, Tableau or having experience in Data Analytics or Six Sigma Project is a plus
有数据分析和六西格玛项目经验,或SQL,Tableau等技能优先
