岗位职责：

1.每月负责整理及跟踪应收账款，配合相关部门做好欠款客户资料收集和整理工作，并负责填写应收账款追踪报告；

2.每月负责审核分公司与物流个人报销等登记表格，以及分公司费用内付款申请和物流成本付款申请的审核整理和登记；

3.每月负责办理银行款项现金及银行结算、外币户美元结汇的相关业务，月初及时索取各开户银行上月对账单交财务会计处对账；

4.审核业务部付款申请登记VAT表格并及时登记TT Form并扫描至上海财务部相关人员签字，每月按时登记银行日记账并提交总部相关同事；

5.每日根据EICI报表对matched Unmatched的Shipment进行跟踪和处理调账。对记账凭证及时装订整理并记录归档；

6.不定时删除系统自带错误的成本/每月定期清除超过180天的RE以及系统自带错误的成本；

7.开具税务发票以及发票与费用类付款申请的邮寄；

岗位要求：

1.有财务相关2年以上的工作经验；

2.能够使用MS Office软件，其中EXCEL，WORD运用熟练；

3.英语四级以上，读写熟练；

4.性格开朗，乐观积极，无沟通障碍；

5.个人征信无不良记录，能严格遵守公司各项规章制度、操作流程、保密制度以及服务规范；

6.具备良好的谈判力、抗压力、执行力及团队合作意识。
