工作任务：

1. 过程质量监控，确保符合客户需求。Monitor the process quality and make sure the product accord with the customer requirement.

2. 客户沟通、投诉处理和客户关系维护。Customer communication 、 complaint deal with and relationship maintenance.

3. 新项目开发PPAP跟踪。Following up the PPAP status for the new project development.

4. 样件开发过程监控。Process monitor for new project trial on.

5. 负责现场质量的控制，及时解决出现的质量问题,确保生产顺畅。Responsible for plant quality control, solving the quality problems in time, and ensure the production smoothly.

6. 制定产品质量方面的检验和控制文件，并对有关人员进行岗位培训。complete the inspection and control documents of product quality , and training the relevant person.

7.在线质量异常快速处理。Quick response for on-line problems.

8. 收集及汇总每周/月质量数据，按所确定的周期汇报并制定改进方案。Collestion and Statistics weekly/monthly quality data, complete the weekly/monthly and Group dashboard. report periodically and establish improvement plan.

9. 主导实施产品审核、协助过程和体系内审。leading to Implement product audit/supporting for process and quality system audit.

10. 组织问题分析并完成报告。Leading the problem analysis and complete the report.

11. 变更管理跟踪及4M变化点确认。Following up the EC and Check the 4M changing.

12. 检验员、驻外人员考核与管理。Inspector/Residence management and evaluation.

13. 客户沟通及投诉处理。Customer communication and complaint deal with.

14.客户关系维护。Customer relationship maintenance.

15.主导客户问题解决及8D回复。Leading customer trouble shooting and 8D complete.

16.驻外客服及检验员日常管理。External resident and internal inspector daily management.

17. 履行环境、健康职责。Implement company EHS policy.

18. 部门及公司交待的其他任务。Complete the other work for company and leaders.

19. 部门内部5S协调员。5S coordinator.

任职资格：

1. 良好的沟通技巧。Strong communication skills.

2. 具备VDA6.3 和IATF16949资质 VDA 6.3。process audit and IATF16949 internal auditor certification.

3. 熟悉五大工具（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA 、SPC）。Familiar with APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MAS/SPC.

4. 熟悉品质管理工具（5WHY、8D、FTA等）。Familiar with quality tools(5why/8D/FTA and so on).

5. 了解大众、雷诺等主流主机厂项目开发和工作流程。Knowing the VW、Nault and etc project and working procesute.

6. 有汽车行业质量管理经验者优先。Quality management experience in automotive industry is preferred.

7. 能适应出差。Adapt to business trip frequently.

8. 基本英语听说读写能力。Basic ability Englisht speaking、listening and reading.

9. 大学以上学历。College or above education.
