岗位职责：

1.负责落实公司制定的培训工作计划。根据员工的素质状况,预测培训需求,制定年、季、月工作计划，并组织实施；

2.建立健全培训、考核工作规章制度；

3.做好新员工入职培训，使员工培训工作制度化、规范化；

4.加强对各部门培训工作的考核，配合各部门开展培训活动，适时调整培训计划，监督各部门培训活动的进展情况；

5.负责培训老师授课方案设计、场地选择、培训老师的评估及对培训者的考评等各项培训管理的具体工作；

6.建立员工培训档案，搞好培训纪律与统计，适时通报，定期总结，整理汇报；

7.完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.本科以上学历，男女不限；

2.有2年及以上相关培训工作经验；

3.沟通协调能力强，抗压能力强；

4.熟悉人力培训体系建立模块，能独立完成基础人事培训工作；具有良好的沟通表达能力和亲和力，良好的职业操守，主动积极，承担工作压力；

5.商业行业相关经验优先，精通人员培训工作。
