Job responsibilities:
1. Supervise & control all workshop activities
2. Set goals, objectives and measurements to ensure proper and efficient execution of all fishing and reentry, drilling rental tools warehousing and material handling functions and strive for their continuous improvement. 3. Activities related to this position include Storage, Inventory Accuracy (Cycle Counting), Stocking, Kitting, Computer usage, Receiving, Shipping, and managing non-conforming materials.
4. Supervise workshop personal daily work.
5. Coordinate with fishing field supervisor to load out tools as per request.
6. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a leading role in warehouse environment
Minimum 3 years rig experience
Ability to operate hand tools, forklift, and other lifting and securing devices
Excellent communication skills
Good computer knowledge
Familiarity with tools maintenance and service environment
General understanding of inventory practices
Should be able to work closely with all levels of personnel and outside contractors
Customer focused
