Job Scope
Direct workshop operations activities for all Business Units operating from the She Kou facility to ensure safe,compliant efficient operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

1 Direct, guide, train and motivate direct and indirect reports, including Business Unit Coordinators, to achieve optimal performance, thereby contributing to improving the efficiency of the facility operation.
2 and maximise all workshop employees' performance, training and development, including Business Unit Coordinators, Technicians and Labourers.
3 Guide and support Business Unit Coordinators to meet equipment service deliverability in line with customer and business activity plan.
4 Work with Operations Manager to establish measurement systems in facility to control and improve the service deliverability of all Business Units.
5 Plan personnel requirements and assist recruitment process.
6 General facility equipment requirements and maintenance, including forklifts, cranes.
7 Coordinate regular review of operational management systems, policies, procedures and documents with a view to continuous improvement.
8 Work with QHSE function to ensure that Health, Safety & Environmental procedures are followed, continual improvements implemented.
9 Conduct regular workshop operations meetings and promote open discussion and participation.
10 Implement Business Plan Objectives.
11 Handle personnel actions including performance appraisals and performance management.
12 Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
