任职资格：
1、正规院校美术或相关专业毕业（工业产品设计或美术设计专业类），大学本科（含）以上学历；
2、3年以上化妆品、创意礼品、玩具、电子消费类产品等行业全职设计工作经验，精通photoshop/Illustrator/Flash/Coredraw等图形软件；能熟练使用二维三维3DMax软件完成产品效果图制件，及相关渲染软件（voryrender,mexwellrender)。有相关设计经验者优先。
3、有坚实的产品造型设计基础，对产品结构、材料和加工工艺有较全面的了解，懂产品包装设计，熟悉印刷相关流程及知识。
4、具备良好的美术功底，扎实的手绘能力，较高的审美能力，并能使用手绘板进行绘图；有优秀的设计触觉及创新理念。
5、具有优秀的品德、高度的责任心、主动性及坚韧性；具有出色的独立工作能力及良好的团队合作精神、学习能力及沟通能力。
6、此岗位须具备熟练的英文听说读写能力，英语沟通交流无障碍。

职位简要描述：
1、为BA和HKO 处理所有的图像事宜
2、为作品打印安排并联系美工和印刷室
3、按供应商和内部团队的需求生产/交流艺术品及设计准则
4、批准满足我们公司和准则规范的艺术品及化妆品样品
5、有必要时可以对艺术品提供专业的分析和点评
6、分析价格并与多家印刷公司和广告商协商以确保最佳价格
7、根据最新的艺术品状态及时更新项目发展报告
8、艺术品文件的管理
9、完成直属经理分配的其他ADHOC任务
主要职责
1、确保所有的艺术品和化妆品样品能及时通过并完成
2、确保所有的艺术品文件及其任何更改都及时更新并准确无误
3、确保供应商能正确理解并遵守艺术品指南方针及设计需求
Previous experience and qualifications:
1、University degree with fine arts or relevant major(major in Industry product design or art design) Bachelor Degree or above
2、Over 3-years working experience in such field as cosmetics, creative gifts and electronic consumer products, mastering graphics software Photoshop/Illustrator/Flash/Coredraw; skillful at making product effect image and relevant rendering software with Two-dimension, Three-dimension and 3DMax. Experience with such design is a plus.
3、Solid basis on Product style design, good knowledge of product structure, material and processing technic, well know product package design, familiar with printing process and such knowledge.
4、Good command in art, hand-painting ability, superior aesthetic capability and have the ability to draw pictures by wacom. Having excellent design idea and creative concept
5、With excellent morals ,responsibility, initiative and tenacity; with the ability to accomplish task on your own as well as with the team spirit , learning ability and communication skills.
6、Fluent English skill in listening, speaking, reading and writing is required.
Brief Job Description:
1)To handle all graphic issues for BA and HKO
2)To liaise with photographer and printing house for artworks printing arrangement
3)To produce/communicate artworks and design guidelines against order requirement with vendors and internal team
4)To approve artworks and cosmetics samples which meet our company and order spec
5)To provide professional analysis and comments on artworks issues where necessary
6)Cost analysis and negotiation with multiple printers/ads agent to ensure best pricing
7)To update project development report with the latest artworks status
8)Artworks files management
9)Other ADHOC duites which requested by the line manager
Principal Responsibilities & Outputs:
1)Ensure all artworks and cosmetics samples approval to be completed in time
2)Ensure all artworks files and any changes are maintained update and accurate
3)Ensure suppliers follow our artworks guidelines and spec requirement without any mis-understanding
