a. Provide field oversight and support for ongoing projects related to HVAC, High Purity Gas, UPW, Chemical and Waste Water systems.

b. Comprehend and understand schedules using Gantt charts.

c. Work may also include but not limited to the oversight of maintenance of general mechanical equipment and components.

d. Oversight to include coordinating contractors, reviewing project plans, confirming project progress versus plan, and estimating resource/material needs.

e. Required skills:

i. Have semiconductor process system experience of 5 years of more with systems including Bulk Gases, Process Chemicals, DI Water and Industrial Waste Water Treatment.

ii. Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience with mechanical projects for semiconductor, electronics or pharmaceutical industry.

iii. Knowledge of applicable local codes and standards for mechanical equipment and systems (ANSI, ASME, ASTM, IMC and local China GB mechanical codes).

iv. Familiarity with applicable mechanical system safety and environmental codes (OSHA CFR, IFC, and local China codes).

v. Familiarity with Facilities mechanical systems and related equipment.

f. Preferred skills:

i. Knowledge of process piping systems and related equipment.

ii. Experience with high purity process piping and system commissioning.

iii. Hookup experience at semiconductor fab is preferred.
