工作内容 如下

*Daily review booking, billing and backlog to meet monthly billing forecasting;  处理CS 日常往来业务

* Responding promptly to customer order and inquires.    及时响应客户的需求

* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.     

* Processing quotations, delivery doc, shipping invoice etc.  各种单据的制作 （报价，出货，发票，RMA…）

* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.       处理客户投诉

* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.   对客户的要求进行记录，反馈，跟踪

* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

* Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers always.  在沟通交流过程中用积极专业的态度

* Communicating and coordinating with team as necessary.

* Work with planning/logistics/finance for further team work.   与PMC/物流/财务 团队合作

*Other duties as assigned by management. 完成上级要求其他任务
