1,Responsible for product reliability test, including regular product monitoring and engineering evaluations, qualifications.
2,Discuss reliability test requirement with requestor, provide reliability expertise recommendations and proposals.
3,Planning for reliability tests and implement it accordingly.
4,Reporting for reliability test results and provide reliability engineering comments.
5,Consumable material planning and management Plan and perform equipment PM, spare parts management.
6,Maintain and continue improve reliability processes
7,Share knowledge and provide training to Rel engineers, technicians and operators, to improve next level team competence.
8,Responsible for IFWU Reliability team competency development.

1,Bachelor or above, major in electronic engineering or relevant.
2,Minimum 5 years reliability experience in semiconductor industry.
3,Solid reliability engineering experience in semiconductor industry
4,Knowledge about AutoCAD is advantage.
5,Good at MS office applications.
6,Good communication and interpretation skill
7,Independent and target orientated.
8,Good English both in written and oral.
9,Have management/leadership skill
10,Systematic thinking is very important.
