1. Support high volume manufacturing by prompt daily trouble shooting for either equipment and/or process issues. Equipment/process optimization for yield, UDT improvement and cost reduction.
2. Initiate and lead improvement (either in equipment or process) projects.
3. Train junior colleagues.
4. Keep good documentation.
5. Yield, OEE/UDT, cost, projects and innovative ideas (IPs, publications).
6. Owner of mold process and/or mold equipment.
7. Speaker for mold process and/or mold equipment when aligning with other Wuxi teams or Rgb colleagues.
8. Support manager to drive mold (process and equipment) team's technical competency development.

1. Bachelor+ in engineering, especially major in mechanical, Electrical or material Engineering.
2. Prefer to have more than 5 years semiconductor BE assembly process or equipment maintenance related experience, candidates with experience in other semiconductor industries are also encourage to submit.
3. Good communication skills, including both in Chinese and English (or German)
4. Knowledge and experience of semiconductor industry, preferred in BE manufacturing
5. Experience of basic statistics, FMEA, Control plan or Fish-bone tools.
6. Familiar with process control and engineering application in problem solving.
7. Knowledge of 8D and DOE is a plus
