1,Group leader of quality engineers
2,Quality deviation/abnormality management
3,Customer complaint management
4,Change control management
5,Audit management
6,Quality Reporting
7,Regular quality collaboration with Germany
8,Zero Defect Landscape Deployment: Quality improvement project management
9,SPC continuous improvement management: System, metrology and methodology.Drive process stability and Cpk improvements.

1,Degree or Master in Engineering (Preferably in Mechanical, Material, Electronics, Chemical, Automation)
2,Minimum 3-5 years working experience (preferably in semiconductor field)
3,Technical Skills:
- Competent in FMEA, Control Plan, Work Instruction (WI)/Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Quality Assurance (QA), abnormality management processes (MRB, 8D) and change control management
- Possess strong problem solving skill analytical and able to present data-driven decision through process problem solving methods (Cause-Effect Diagram, 5Why, FTA, Is-Is Not-Why Not analysis)
- Experienced in quality improvement related project management
- Have good experience in ISO9001/TS16949 standards fulfillment and audit management
4,Soft Skills:
- Good team leader as well as team player; able to work interdependently with others
- Able to communicate effectively and constructively both locally and internationally.
- Proficient in English and Chinese in languages
- Ability to perform under stress and in situational conflicting work environments
- Self driven and motivated
- Meticulous and competent decision maker
