职位描述

This
role is responsible for the professional reconciliation of transaction passed
over to the Group's Accounts in line with SLA requirements and Group policy.
The focus is to ensure all entries had been investigated properly, assigned and
escalated timely.
Financial
-Ensure that all transactions are actioned and queried in a timely
manner with focus on high-value items that may be exposed to significant
risk.
Customer
-Correct assign entries to business owners, and
daily review on o/s reports
initiate escalation emails to business entity,
for all unsolved entries, and timely monitor for reply
-Positively response emails and calls from stakeholder, timely reply for all inquiries, and
action on all matching/assigning instructions.
-Keep effective on-going communication with
stakeholder for clearing of aged entries
Process
-Daily processing of proposed match entries offered
by the system as possible matchs.
-Daily
matching of complex / multiple / other outstanding transactions.
-Follow up, investigate and resolve outstanding
transactions assigned to Central Operations - Reconciliations team.
-Manage all outstanding transactions and pending
files which have remained outstanding within the agreed standards and Ensure priority on break reduction as per guidelines.
People
-Develop good relationship with stakeholders
-Be a team player, proactively involved in each kind of activities.
Risk/compliance/behaviours
-Maintain confidentiality / privacy when required.
-Ensure all transaction requests are within company
policy.
-Ensure regulatory requirement, company policies
and business procedures are followed all the time.

To be successful in this role, you will
ideally bring the following
-Possess good understanding of accounting process. (eg, from journal
entry to balance sheet preparation)
-Strong sense of urgency and
responsibility.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks within given timeframe. Good prioritization
and time management skill
-Previous exposure in a reconciliation environment with 1-3 years of
experiences
-Well-developed written and oral communication
skills in English, and strong customer service skills and mindset.
-PC
Literate - MS Office Suite applications, and familiarity with various
AS400/mainframe applications include basis use of TLM reconciliation
system and Payplus.
