POSITION:Commercial FP&A Manager
REPORTS TO:Commercial Financial Controller (direct line)
LOCATION: Shanghai
Responsibilities
?Responsible for the overall financial controlling and reporting for the related Business Units (BU), and act as Finance Business Partner to work closely with business managers of related BUs in conducting detailed financial and business analyses to identify potential problems, determine root causes and recommend appropriate solutions
?Submission of accurate financial statements that are compliance with US GAAP and DHR accounting practices.
?Responsible for budget and forecast process for related BUs, and coordinate closely with the commercial team for all relevant information;
?Responsible for the backlog analysis, to identify the shipment opportunities and risks to support BU achieving shipment goal.
?Responsible for the monthly management reporting and other ad-hoc analysis to support business.
?Responsible for maintain and publish selling price of products, monitor sales and marketing promotion programs, review ad hoc analysis and variance report for S&M activities, ensure the effectiveness and compliance of the expenditure.
?Manage the implementation and improve internal control procedures;
?Lead the FP&A team to continuously improve the quality and process, be able to coach and develop team members.
Requirement
?BA Degree in Finance or Accounting required; Solid accounting and tax knowledge, CPA is preferred.
?3 year+ manager experience in FP&A function of foreign companies, big 4 experience preferred
?Familiar with ERP system (Oracle preferred) and Hyperion, strong excel skill.
?Strong analytical skill and capability to learn quickly.
?Excellent communication skills; Fluent in written and spoken English,
?High integrant, responsible and initiative, willing to work under pressure
