职位描述
1. 熟悉物业管理行业的最新动态和相关法律法规，掌握公司各项管理制度和物业公司质量管理体系文件；
2. 严格按照公司领导安排的各项工作任务、会议决议事项的完成时间节点要求对物业公司各项目的工作质量进行检查、监督；
3. 严格按照公司各项管理制度、物业公司质量体系文件要求对物业公司各项目的管理质量进行检查、监督，及时发现不合格项目，分析原因，并提出纠正/改进建议；
4. 做好各项目质量督查管理工作，及时掌握各类信息上报部门领导，包括各楼盘的工作动向、业主的重大投诉、员工的思想动态、员工的工作氛围以及各类违章违纪等；
5. 对各项目存在的管理服务质量问题进行专题检查，作出专题检查报告上报部门领导；
6. 协助上级负责公司年度质量管理方案的编制、组织与实施；
7. 监督各项目客服投诉处理情况，协助上级制定品质客服部日常周报、月报；
8. 协助上级做好客户满意度提升方案，并监督执行；
9. 协助上级完成客户满意度评价及监督，管理评审，协助项目建立及其管理体系；
10. 负责对外文件的初步审核及各类档案的整理、归档，每年提交行政部统一归档；
11. 做好督查文件和相关记录的保密和归档工作；
12. 完成部门领导安排的其他工作任务。
