岗位职责:

1.i2品牌在城市区域市场的知名度、美誉度的维护和提升；

2.防范严重投诉事件及安全事故的发生。

3.对校区各方面进行综合管理，制定并实施完成月、季度、年度销售和续费业绩目标；

4.有效利用教师资源、产品资源，确保及提升教学质量及服务满意度；

5.负责校区团队的建立、培训、管理、评估和职业发展规划支持；

6.根据校区年度预算，合理规划使用校区各项费用支出；

任职要求：

1.本科及以上学历，具备同行同岗位经验或者条件特别优秀者可放宽至大专；

2.5年以上管理岗位工作经验，具备少儿英语培训相关经验者优先；

3.有一定的跨文化沟通能力，能与外籍同事一起办公并且对欧美文化有一定的了解；

4.有一定的压力承受能力，具备强烈的目标导向；

5.具备较强的逻辑思维能力，数据分析能力，组织计划性；

6.具备至少10人以上的团队管理经验；

工作时间：周内休

排休制，9:00-17:30; 10:00-18:30; 12:30-21:00

i2 is part of the North American Educational Group (NAEG), an educational organization founded in North America in 1983, specializing in international cultural exchanges for students with outstanding abilities and achievements. This program helps to expand cross-cultural communication among outstanding students from secondary and post-secondary schools around the world. Thousands of students benefit from this program every year.

In 2006, NAEG entered China and established i2 Educational Group, providing curricula exclusively by foreign teachers in language and culture learning and personal development.
