工作职责:

Job responsibility

1. Array cell device technology development and cell-level device characterization technology development

2. Familiar with semiconductor array cell-level testing, engaged in the development of memory device physics, with experience in device-level electrical performance analysis

3. Cell EDR development for design team to ensure device-safe for advanced memory product design.

4. Be responsible for data analysis and array characterization during product development, and identify the device failure mechanism for continuous design and process improvement.

5. To work on advanced memory cell device development project

任职资格:

Position Requirement

1. Master degree or above in physics/microelectronics/materials.

2. Working experience: at least 2 years related work experience in memory devices is preferred.

3. Good knowledge on cell process and device physics

4. Phase change memory experienced is preferred

5. Familiar with semiconductor process and device technology, memory device

6. Basic concept of analog and digital circuit

7. Background of circuit design or verification is preferred
