工作职责:

Job responsibility

1.Be responsible for interface role with designer and product team for product circuit verification, define validation & characterization methodology, perform product validation & characterization and provide feedback to designers and process engineers.

2.Owner of data sheet verification, product validation, characterization, qualification and system validation.

3 Co work with product to define test flow, test methodology and test specifications for wafer level test to meet product qualification requirement.

4 Be responsible for data analysis and array characterization during product development, and identify the device failure mechanism for continuous design and process improvement.

5 Support test HW validation and develop test program on varieties of test platforms.

任职资格:

Position Requirement

1.Master degree or above in physics/microelectronics.

2.Working experience: at least 2 years related work experience in memory devices is preferred.

3. Familiar with Verilog RTL Design、Cell Library、Synthesis、Simulation、Timing Analysis etc., IC Design Flow

4. Familiar with DFT Tool, such as compiler, Tetra Max, Test Kompress, DFT MAX and Architect

5. Familiar Nanometer SoC DFT Implementation and Flow Development is preferred.

6. Memory experienced is preferred
