Responsibilities:
1. Provide HSE support for site operations, including HSE check, industrial hygiene, work permit

issue etc. to support on daily operations.

2. Be responsible for site health management, eg. arrange manufacturing area occupational exposure measurement, contact hospital for health check, medical paper review and management, provide instruction to production and HR function on health.

3. Be responsible for site waste management, eg. hazardous waste transfer, waste analysis, waste contractor audit.

4. Be responsible for company HSE KPI collection and update, report in corporate system.

5. Control and issue the company PPE, including register, issuing, stock checking, and type selection based on the request of related department and to ensure the correct PPEs was issued to each related positions timely.

6. Liaise of local authority on HSE relevant license/registration, including dangerous goods production license, dangerous goods business license, environment emission registration, occupational hazard registration and etc.

7. Assist to passing internal and external ISO audit and group audit based on clear and standard 8. HSE related document archives and internal audit knowledge.

Provide admin support for HSERA department, including expense claim check, office supplier purchase and etc.

Requirements:
1. College education in Environment, chemical engineering or safety management major

2. At least 2-3 years site HSE relevant working experiences

3. Be familiar with HSE regulation, especially chemical relevant regulation, OH regulation, environmental regulation.

4. Effective communication skills.

5. Good oral and written English.
