• Monitor the legislative and regulatory requirements changes in China and other applied countries to ensure the Company’s compliance policies and programs are reactive.
• Provide guidance to business unit for their implementation establishment and monitor their implementations of the Compliance program.
• Carry out the risk analysis, risk assessment, reporting and issue management under each Compliance topic.
• Prepare, coordinate and manage of various compliance trainings to employees, management, third parties etc. to enhance the awareness, knowledge and working skills.
• Follow up the regulatory request, audit activities, internal/external reports and technical research.
• Other ad-hoc request of Compliance department.  

• Relevant Degree (or equivalent) from recognized University, major in law is preferred but not must.
• Compliance experience gained in banking, payment or clearing industry is preferred. Experience on Financial Crime and ACDD is preferred.
• Qualification of law is a plus.  
• Strong analytical and implementation skills. Able to demonstrate strategic thinking
• Proven ability to build relationships and communicate with other stakeholders.
• Team player with corporate thinking.
• English proficiency
