1、大专及以上学历，机械制造及其自动化类专业，熟练使用Pro-E、CAD 等绘图软件，识图能力强；

2年以上精密零件加工的工艺设计工作经验。

3、熟悉机械加工各工种的加工工艺流程，对工装、夹具、刀具的选用有丰富的经验；

4、有丰富的零件加工工程技术开发及工程工艺制定经验。

5、具有较强的责任心和严谨的工作态度。
