1、熟悉CNC程序编程流程，能熟练应用MasterCAM 、UG、Proe 等编程软件；

2、具有良好的工艺处理能力和对高难度、高精度零件进行编程的能力；

3、具有较强的观察力和快速反应能力,能及时有效的解决生产现场出现的问题；

4、机械专业、自动化或机电一体化等专科以上学历，5年以上的编程工作经验。
