基本要求        

1. Bachelor/Master degree, major in Computer Science or equivalent本科学位，计算机科学或相关专业
2. 3+ years of embedded software development experience  3年以上嵌入式软件开发经验
3. Familiar with C/C++ programming, Experience with Embedded systems development 熟悉C/C++编程语言,熟悉Linux系统以及交叉开发环境
4. General English speaking and writing skill 能用英语进行基本交流
5. Familiar with multi-process/multi-thread programming, familiar with embedded debugging methods 熟悉多进程/多线程编程，熟悉嵌入式调试方法
6. Basic knowledge about GIT / Gerrit / Jenkins  掌握GIT / Gerrit / Jenkins 基本知识
7. Good interaction and communication skills, knowledge sharing and collaboration skills 良好的沟通、知识分享和团队协作能力
8. Customer-oriented mindset 以客户为中心，以客户需求为导向

Preferred (as a plus) 青睐要求:

1. Radio Design or Testing Tools development (System/HW/SW) 具有无线通信（Radio）的相关设计经验或测试工具开发经验（系统/HW/SW）

2. Common control interfaces design (e.g. AMBA AXI, UART, SPI, I2C, OPB, DDR, Ethernet, etc.)
