· College degree or above with major in finance or accounting

· Good command of spoken and written English

· Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, financial software, expert at Excel ;

· More than 1 years work experience in financial field , experience in MNC is preferred

· Strong sense of confidentiality and strict with financial standard.

· Detail oriented, careful, patient and strong sense in figure.

· Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent attention to details and ability to work under pressure and prioritize conflicting deadlines

Main responsibilities:


· Fully responsible for the cash administration and the cash invoice payment of the office.

· Forecast the cash needed for the daily operations.

· Manage the day-to-day relationships with the bank.

· Cash and banking activity including petty cash and checks management.

· Cost reimbursement, expense, payment and collection control.

· Accounting files/voucher keeping.

· Run payment list for domestic and foreign vendors.

· Arrange payment for RMB and foreign currency to suppliers.

· Exchange foreign currency with Foreign Currency Exchange Bureau.

· AR collection and credit control.

· Bank documents/Records and payment documents filings.

· Raise warning before possible risk takes place.

· Finish other tasks requested by Finance Supervisor.


Position overview:

This position works in the Financial Accounting Team , provides treasury, accounting, information management, and general administration services to the business segments. The incumbent is responsible for implementation and monitor of the financial accounting systems maintained by the Financial Accounting Team. He/She ensures the compliance of the accounting systems with the General Accepted Accounting Principle.



Principles in China and the requirements of company, assist the Finance Supervisor in achieving the department objective.
