【岗位职责】

1.负责移动通讯模块产品（GPRS,CDMA,LTE）设计文档（原理图、PCB、BOM、关键物料技术指标）的编制工作；

2.负责产通讯产品生产文档（产品硬件说明书、生产测试指引）以及用户使用手册的编制工作；

3.负责项目硬件部分的详细设计以及协助供应商完成天线调试，保证达到要求的各项技术指标；

4.负责完成模块线路板的功能调试工作以及性能指标测试；

5.负责处理测试和生产过程中的各种问题，并提出可行的解决方法；

6.负责整理部门模块设计的标准化模块设计，并提出优化建议

7.在项目实施过程中，应主动与团队沟通，提高工作效率，协助上级及时发现并管理工作中的不足或失误。

【任职资格】

1、全日制大学本科或以上学历；电子信息/自动化/机电等相关专业；

2、3年以上通讯模块相关产品工作经验；熟悉模拟、数字电路及单片机开发；

3、有基于市场通用模块(Telit, SIMCOM, Ublox)的设计经验优先；

4、熟练掌握元器件的焊接、元器件组装，Altium Designer原理图的基本操作；

5、熟练掌握硬件调试仪器的使用，万用表、示波器、频谱分析仪，网分，综测仪等；

6、熟悉并掌握基本的硬件设计规范、PCB设计规范、电路测试规范；

7、熟悉3GPP移动通信相关标准，并掌握天线参数和性能测试方法；

8、具有良好的射频基础，掌握基本的射频仿真；

9、良好的英文基础。
