【岗位职责】

1.按照市场部或客户的销售订单、研发订单、Forecast编排MPS，要求数据准确快速;

2.及时与市场部或客户沟通了解或报告计划执行进展，了解后续订单状况及客户需求;

3.计算产能需求，制作产能评估报告，当产能不足时，负责召开产能协调会议;

4.当产能扩充方案和扩充计划确定后跟进扩充计划或调整需求，运行MRP生成新版MPS并发布，每周更新产能信息及各工段产能利用情况;

5.制定出货计划，将出货计划发给客户确认直至客户满意;

6.安排产线各工段按计划生产满足MPS产出任务及出货要求;

7.控制产线在制在合理范围内;

8.全程跟踪管理RMA\RWK返回至出货的安排（周转周期、返修计划、账务）;

9.按要求准时释放给客户重要数据或报表，保证数据准确性;

10.配合MC对物料跟进、协调以保证生产顺畅，减少停工待料工时;

11.及时监控各工段每天生产达成率，协调处理生产线影响产出达成的相关问题,了解其对计划达成的影响;

12.配合研发部门安排新产品试产具有一定管理经验，能独立处理组内计划方面的问题并培训组员。

【任职资格】

1.全日制大学本科学历；专业不限；

2.三年以上电子产品制造业生产计划相关经验，熟悉主计划编排、产能评估、制程管控、在制控制；

3.熟练掌握常用的电脑软件（EXCEL、WORD），熟练掌握SAP；

4.具备良好的抗压能力、沟通能力及协调能力；

5..英文听说读写流利优先。
